FROT Foundation evolved from FROT Group which operated as venture philanthropy aimed mainly at improving healthcare and education, reducing poverty, and disaster mitigation, amongst providing help when it is needed.
Since its evolution to FROT Foundation, the functions have been streamlined into four key human concerns for the development of the society, being –
- Business Empowerment
- Education
- Arts
- Sports
The objective is to build a line of strong-willed and goal-oriented individuals in these spheres of life who would in turn transform the society positively, thereby contributing to its growth and well-being.
FROT Foundation has partnered with Federal and State Agencies, as well as, NGOs’ and Corporate Organisations for the development of the country. Such partnerships include:
- Lead sponsors of Nigerian Football Federation for the organisation of Leadership Training for the NFF Congressmen in the United Kingdom
- Sponsorship of wheelchair basketball tournaments
- Sponsorship of Lagos State Ministry of Women Affairs on many events and programmes
- Sponsorship of Noah's Ark Foundation for Sickle Cell
- Delivering of lectures at the Lagos Business School on various entrepreneurship events and several workshops
